Warranty and Return Policies

Return Policy:

Due to the nature of our product line, some items may be used once, and no longer needed. For this reason ALL SALES ARE FINAL .
Please choose your equipment carefully. We only accept the return of goods on the basis of faults which we will repair/replace. We only accept cancellations on equipment that has not yet been put into freight or not yet put on order from our suppliers. any other cancellations before shipping of goods are subject to a 25% restocking charges plus shipping and handling.
Any defective device must be reported immediately, within five ( 5 ) business days.
We will replace or repair all faulty devices, at our option providing there is no evidence of customer misuse, or alteration.
You will be refunded for the shipping charges of any device we will find defective in case reported within five ( 5 ) business days. No refund of shipping charges afterwards .

Limited warranty:
We guarantee all products to be free of defects in workmanship and material for six months after sale to customer. We will replace or repair, at our option , any defective device providing there is no evidence of customer misuse, or alteration.
Extended warranty is available for some of our products and can be purchased prior to the expiration date of the limited warranty.

Basic Technical support
All of our products include one (1) month of online and over the phone technical support.

Extended Tech support and documentation available only for registered customers is offered for selected items (look in the product description for availability).

What is not covered by this limited warranty?

Software, including the editing software added to the voice or cassette recorders, third-party software, or the reloading of software.
Problems that result from: External causes such as accident, abuse, misuse, or problems with electrical power.
Servicing not authorized by or-com.com
Usage that is not in accordance with product instructions.
Failure to follow the product instructions or failure to perform preventive maintenance.
Problems caused by using accessories, parts, or components not supplied by or-com.com
Products with missing or altered Service Tags or serial numbers
Products for which or-com.com has not received payment

Shipping Information:
Domestic Orders: Shipping Charges are indicated during our online check out procedure (except Alaska & Hawaii).
International Orders: Customers outside the continental United States will be contacted by e-mail to confirm any shipping and insurance charges.

Delivery:
Except during busy holidays and rush periods, all orders are processed and shipped within two working days of order confirmation. If an item is out of stock, but executed within a few days, we will hold the order until the item arrives. If you do not want your order held for out of stock items,
please let us know.
